The following examples are real projects, anonymised, and shown at deliberately reduced resolution. It’s exactly the kind of pack you will receive, depending on the services you require.

Most people have never seen a full drawing package before they commission one. So rather than describe it, we’d rather show you the real thing. Each example below is a complete pack from a real project. The first is a set of planning application drawings — the architectural drawings prepared for the council’s approval — and the others are full Building Regulations and structural packages, the technical drawings your builder prices from and builds to. Further down you’ll also find photorealistic visualisations of finished schemes.

Bungalow remodelling — planning drawings
A full set of planning application drawings for the remodelling of a bungalow: existing and proposed floor plans, roof plans and elevations, with materials and finishes shown for the council’s approval. These are the architectural drawings produced in the design and planning stages.
First-floor extension & garage conversion
The complete 15-sheet technical pack: eleven Building Regulations sheets — existing and proposed drawings, sections, construction details and the full specification — followed by the structural engineer’s four sheets.
House extension & internal remodelling
A complete 12-sheet technical pack: eight Building Regulations sheets — including the drainage plan — plus the structural engineer’s four sheets, with the structural design produced in-house alongside the architecture.

Seeing it before it’s built
