Building Control & Sign-Off

We manage the Building Control process on your behalf, from submitting the application to seeing the work signed off, so you end the project with a completion certificate in hand.

Building Control checks that the work is carried out to the Building Regulations. We submit and manage the application with your local authority or an approved inspector, arrange the inspections at the right points during construction, and resolve any queries that come up.

On most projects we also fulfil the Principal Designer duties required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), coordinating health and safety through the design. The end result is a managed approval and your completion certificate, an important document if you ever sell or remortgage.
