The challenge
The client initially approached us to modernise their dated bungalow. The architectural plan we put together would transform it into a high-spec house whilst maximising the market value of the property.

The right people for the job
All CR Design projects are a team effort!
After an initial consultation with the client, we assembled the perfect team for the project, including expert designers, engineers and a dedicated project manager to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Working together, the team prepared concept designs, the architectural plan and technical specifications.
Working with the client
We like to work collaboratively with our clients, providing unlimited revisions until they are happy with their architectural plan and how their project is developing.
Happily, when we presented the first designs to this client they were really pleased and only had very minor tweaks.

The future
With the client happy and the project ready to start on site, we are hoping to be given the opportunity manage the build and handpick a local builder to work on the project.
Using our decades’ worth of experience and industry knowledge, we would ensure everything was built as per the design, on time and to the high spec the client requires.
