We will assemble a project team of our skilled architects, designers and engineers with its own dedicated project manager who will be your point of contact.
In the concept design and planning stages we will work with you to refine your ideas with unlimited amends and revisions if you want them.
Going forward, we will seek your approval before submitting planning and building control applications.
We work remotely, however should you prefer a more face-to-face approach, we can arrange video calls and screen sharing to discuss your ideas.
Similarly, though no site visits are required, we can carry out your Measured Survey for an additional charge.
Support throughout the project
We will be on hand with technical support and advice as your project progresses through each stage.
We will prepare and submit your planning application and building control application to your local council, and will act as your agent to work with the council on your behalf.
We can begin work on your project at any stage, even if it has already begun. If you already have your architectural drawings and planning application approved, we can still help with the building control stage.
Similarly, if you already have your building control drawings, we can still help with the structural design stage.
We can work with third party architects and engineers, as well as builders and contractors, to ensure your project progresses.
